With more than 25 years of international experience across optometry and ophthalmology, I’ve built a career at the intersection of commercial execution and clinical insight. From Dry Eye, Diagnostics and Surgical Planning & digital Guidance in the O.R. to FLACS connectivity, IOLs and Cataract technologies, I’ve helped guide innovations from concept to real world commercial use across global markets.
My background spans operational leadership, commercial strategy, marketing, clinical application, training, business and product development, distributor management and KOL relations. I’ve led international cross functional teams, built global partnerships and navigated complex regulatory landscapes to bring premium ophthalmic technologies to market with clarity and confidence.
FocusPoint exists to bridge the space between strategy and execution. We work hands-on — in the operating room, in clinics, in training rooms and in the field - aligning R&D, clinical, application, marketing, commercial and operational teams to accelerate adoption and strengthen market traction. Not as advisors on paper, but as partners standing beside your teams and your customers.
